Blogging about Cafe 118 today inspired me to take a stab at recreating one of my menu favorites - Raspberry Agave Lemonade. The kids were red-faced from playing outside for three hours, so of course I thought . . . lemonade! Here's what I came up with:
Raspberry Agave Lemonade
4 cups cold water
Juice from 2 lemons
1/4 to 1/2 cup agave (to taste)
1/2 cup raspberries (I used fresh, but frozen might work well too)
Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend well. Pour over ice, and serve. Makes 4 servings
I don't like posting without pictures, but this disappeared so quickly I didn't have a chance to get a shot of it. I'm sure it will be requested again soon though!

Sounds delish. Can't wait to try your recipe!
ReplyDeleteI was happy with how well it turned out! A little less sweet than Cafe 118 (and I did use the entire 1/2 cup of agave), but that's probably a good thing. :)
