Is it possible to be a dedicated homeschooling mom while still making time for myself as an individual (a girlie girl who likes cute shoes)? I like to think so. Follow along, and I'll let you know for sure.

Trust me . . . it's not ALL about the shoes.

Free American History Curriculum from Homeschool Buyer's Co-op

Have high schoolers? Then definitely check this out the Homeschool Buyer's Co-op. They are giving away 1000 one-year subscriptions to The Idea of America, an interactive, web-based history curriculum designed to provide students the knowledge and skills they need to fulfill citizenship duties in our participatory democracy. Students will learn to analyze, debate and form opinions so they can help make the decisions that will guide our nation.

The cost of the program is normally $39.95 per year, but all you pay is the $7.95 setup fee for the co-op.
