Apple Mummy - Week 2

Noah's been so anxious to check on this experiment again; he keeps asking every day if it's time. Today was the day, and here are the results. Oddly, the "preserved" apple slice still looks more dried (the opposite of our hypothesis). Big changes are supposed to come around week 4, so we'll keep checking! Mummy Math is our reading for today, so we're definitely keeping this topic alive . . . or "preserved" as the case may be.
