I've been getting a little bored with my go-to green smoothie, so I decided to concoct some new recipes. Right out of the gate, we have a winner! This was different, delicious and well-received by the little people, too.
1/2 cup juice
1/2 cup water
1 banana
1 cup frozen peaches (add a few ice cubes if you substitute fresh peaches)
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1-2 large kale leaves (stems removed)
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Blend well - I let mine go for about a minute, and it got nice and creamy. Enjoy!
