The Fruits of our Labor

Well, I guess the "vegetables of our labor" would be more accurate. Today, we took our second cutting of arugula from the garden - enough to make two salads for the four of us! Our first cut was only about two weeks ago, and I was surprised to see it ready again already. Here's the nice little salad I made from it; can't wait until the tomatoes come from our own plants, too!
